Our Board Members & Caretakers

Tom Paquette - CORA Board MemberTom graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, with an electrical engineering degree. He then worked for some large corporations (e.g., Honeywell, Mostek, UTMC, and Ford, all in Colorado Springs) before starting his own electronics company, Insight Analytical Labs, (IAL).

While president of IAL, he was responsible for all activities there including the financials (using 3 versions of QuickBooks).  After 30 years in existence, IAL closed due to the changes in the marketplace from the Covid years.

Tom retired in 2024 and moved with his wife to Lecanto, FL, where he now resides in the winter months.

Suzy Bradbury - CORA board memberHello, my name is Suzi Bradbury. My husband Doug and I have owned in CORA since late 2018. We own CS lots 9 & 10.

I work for the Arapahoe County Sheriffs office in Centennial, CO. I am 4 years away from retirement. We have a son who is a Warrant Officer 3 (WO3) in the Army and currently stationed in California with his wife and 3 boys. We have a daughter who is a Transportation Safety Officer with TSA and works out at DIA.

We have two miniature Schnauzers, Winston and Murphy and an African Grey parrot with a 50 word vocabulary and big attitude.

We have lived in Colorado since 1986 and enjoy the mountains, hiking, snowshoeing, ATV riding, campfires, shed hunting and everything Colorado and the mountains have to offer.

We come up to CORA every weekend, since I work 4/10’s, my weekends are not normal weekends, but three-day weekends.

I feel being a part of the board is a shared responsibility and volunteering is vital to CORA’s success.

Cody Bathaeur - CORA Board MemberHi, I’m Cody! My family and I love spending time at CORA, using it as our base for camping, fishing, and skiing in the Rockies. When I’m not here, I run a specialty construction business in Colorado, and in my free time I enjoy riding motorcycles, fly fishing, and snowboarding. As a family, we especially love heading up to Monarch Mountain for skiing and snowboarding together. Most of all, I enjoy making memories with my wife, Danielle, and our kids, Addison and Camden. I’m excited to serve as President and to do my part in helping keep CORA the welcoming, fun community we all enjoy.

Coming soon.

As a Colorado native, I have spent my life exploring the natural beauty of our state, and I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Campground of the Rockies. My family—including my wife and son—shares my deep passion for the outdoors, and we are frequently found making the most of our time here whether we are camping, skiing, or fishing in the surrounding mountains. My goal as a board member is to preserve the unique character and community spirit of CORA, ensuring it remains a premier destination for families to create the same kind of lifelong memories that my own family cherishes. I am committed to thoughtful stewardship of our property and resources so that every member can continue to enjoy the unparalleled access to nature that this special place provides.
